Romanchuk & Co. Advises Warren Equity Partners on Recapitalization of kV Power
SPRING, TX -- Romanchuk & Co., a boutique investment banking firm specializing in M&A advisory services, announces it recently advised Warren Equity Partners, a Florida-based private equity firm, on its recapitalization of kV Power.
Romanchuk & Co. served as the buy-side advisor to Warren Equity Partners.
