Brad Romanchuk
Mr. Romanchuk founded the firm in 2011, and currently serves as its Managing Director. He is responsible for the firm’s investment banking strategy and initiatives, leading the origination efforts of the firm, and overseeing firmwide deal execution.
Mr. Romanchuk has over 20 years of experience working with and advising middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising strategies, operations, finance and accounting. He has led transactions in several diversified industrials verticals, including energy, power & infrastructure, construction & engineering, transportation & logistics, aviation, manufacturing & distribution.
Mr. Romanchuk earned his B.S. Accountancy from Arizona State University and was previously a licensed CPA in the states of Arizona and Texas. Vincent Ng
Vincent Ng is a Vice President with Romanchuk & Co. He is responsible for leading and supporting business development and origination efforts as well as mentoring and managing the deal execution team to support origination and execution of M&A and capital raises.
Before joining Romanchuk & Co., Vincent spent three years as Vice President within the Industrials group at Wells Fargo Securities in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to that, he spent three years within Stifel’s Diversified Industrials and Services group in Baltimore, Maryland.
Vincent earned his MBA from University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and his B.B.A. from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. Brian Molesky
Brian Molesky is a Vice President with Romanchuk & Co. He is responsible for providing company valuation, financial analysis, market and industry research, prospective buyer research and overall support for the mergers and acquisition process.
Before joining Romanchuk & Co., he was a Senior Associate with Lincoln International in New York where he worked on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and capital advisory transactions, predominantly in the Technology, Media & Telcom (TMT) sector. Prior to that, Brian gained extensive experience in the TMT divisions of firms including Nfluence Partners, Digital Capital Advisors, and Deutsche Bank Securities.
Brian earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance Honors from Binghamton University. Mr. Molesky holds his Series 7, 63 and 79 securities licenses, and is a Registered Representative of, and Securities Products are offered through, BA Securities, LLC.
Tyler Purfeerst
Tyler Purfeerst is an Associate with Romanchuk & Co. He is responsible for company valuation, financial analysis, market and industry research, prospective buyer research and overall support for the investment banking team.
Before joining Romanchuk & Co., Tyler worked as an Investment Banking Analyst with US Capital. Prior to that, Tyler gained extensive experience in performing valuations at Carta and analyzing capital markets and credits at Ivy Direct. Tyler also held internships at General Pacific Capital and Ameriprise Financial Services.
Tyler earned his B.A. in Business Administration from University of Washington’s Michael G. Foster School of Business in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Purfeerst has earned his CFA Level I, and holds his Series 7, 63 and 79 securities licenses. He is a Registered Representative of, and Securities Products are offered through, BA Securities, LLC.
Brogan Bourgeois
Brogan Bourgeois is an Analyst with Romanchuk & Co. He is responsible for supporting senior bankers in all aspects of the mergers and acquisitions process. His main responsibilities include conducting market research, assembling marketing materials, financial analysis and facilitating due diligence.
Prior to joining Romanchuk & Co., he worked with Cooper Machinery Services as a Mergers & Acquisitions Intern, where he performed research and due diligence on potential acquisition target companies.
Brogan earned his MBA in Finance from The University of Alabama at Birmingham, and his B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama Honors College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
