Romanchuk & Co. Strengthens Team with Addition of Two Vice Presidents

SPRING, TX - Romanchuk & Co., a boutique mid-market investment banking and advisory firm serving the diversified industrials sectors, is pleased to welcome Mr. Vincent Ng and Mr. Brian Molesky to our investment banking team as Vice Presidents.  Both will be based in the company’s Houston office.

Mr. Ng joins the firm from Wells Fargo Securities in Charlotte, NC, where he was a Vice President within their Industrials investment banking group. He was responsible for leading and supporting business development, origination and execution efforts of M&A and capital raises for the investment banking coverage team, and also managed a team of junior bankers in support of origination and execution of M&A and capital raises. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Vincent was an associate within the Diversified Industrials group at Stifel in Baltimore, MD, where he advised on deals across sectors including utility services, transportation & logistics and building products. Vincent earned his MBA from University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and his B.B.A. from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. He holds his Series 79 and 63 securities licenses.

Mr. Molesky joins us from New York, NY, where he was a Senior Associate with Lincoln International for the past three years, in their Technology, Media and Telecommunications (“TMT”) investment banking group. While at Lincoln, Brian advised on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and capital raise transactions. Brian heavily supported business development and origination efforts with a focus in the communications applications and infrastructure, customer and employee engagement, customer relationship management (CRM), sales technology and marketing automation sectors. Prior to joining Lincoln International, Brian gained extensive experience in the TMT investment banking groups at Deutsche Bank, Digital Capital Advisors and Nfluence Partners. Brian began his career at Deutsche Bank Securities in 2016. Brian earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance Honors from Binghamton University. He holds his Series 7, 63 and 79 securities licenses.
